Oh, I see now.

That's the explanation for the extra wires. I don't believe they are required for your install. I know they aren't in the first gens.

thanks. Im about to send this back. There is not good enough instructions to install this or I don't understand it. There is not a plug left for one of my factory wires to plug into. Plus when I pulled this harness out there is a double sided plug plugged into the relay that's not shown in the picture either.

I ordered the same kit, and had no such issues.

did you have one factory plug (plug that went into your original headlight) not hooked into anything? when using a relay?

That's correct. Passenger side factory plug will not connect to anything. I just capped it off with silicone to keep corrosion out, and zip tied it out of the way.

Relay harness only needs one turn on signal, hence only one spot to plug the original headlight wiring into the harness.

Give the bulbs a few hours of run time to break in. If the flicker continues, I'd contact TRS tech support by email of phone and they will happily help you figure it out.

Where your ballasts are grounded, did you sand the paint out from under the connections for the best possible ground? That can cause this issue.

ballast are bolted near strut bolts. no i didn't sand that area. i will try that. It flickers when the ballast ignites and is good after that.

Mine did the same, it lasted a couple of hours of run time. Just wanted to rec you sand down the ground spots to prevent a possible issue down the road.
