Headlight "Height" adjustments. Is it possible?

Ive been trying to figure out how to adjust the height of my headlights on my 2010 mazda3 2.5 , theyre way too low. How do i adjust them? I just got 10000k HIDs that are blueish purple. And i want them to point a little higher and i want there to be a straight line but i looked for like an hour trying to figure out how to raise them but i couldnt find it, and i couldnt find it in the manual either. help anyone?

If you aim them up, they might be a nuisance to the driver(s) in front of you. But I'm interested in an answer to this Q myself, as my driver side light seems to be aimed a little lower than the passenger. I'd like to lower the passenger side.

there is a bolt you can adjust using an 8mm socket, i forget what direction lifts it, but park somewhere flat and crank away...

the reason why the passenger one is higher then the drivers side is because of road crown. So when you are driving the lights are even. As for aiming them upwards I adjusted them to the MAXIMUM legal setting and i can see forever and ever. I have only been high beamed once because my lights were to bright. I aimed them about 3 months ago and i do alot of driving
