Fog light glare guard

I recently aimed the stock fog lights up a little more and it has made a huge difference. was wondering if anyone has removed the glare guard on a 2010 yet and was wondering how much of a difference it has made.

Re: Fog light glare guard

just curious how you aimed them up a bit? I replaced the standard bulbs with yellow and didn't notice any way to adjust the housing.

Re: Fog light glare guard

If you look/feel inside the bumper right on the bottom of the housing is a 10mm bolt, loosen that then you will be able to adjust the angle of the housing by just tilting it up or down to your desired setting. Then just tighten the bolt back and its good to go.

Re: Fog light glare guard

Awesome! I guess I missed that when I was poking around down there. I will try this in the next day or two. They are so low right now that I can't even tell that they are on. I don't want to blind anyone, but it will be nice to have them where they are useful.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Re: Fog light glare guard

Yeah I aimed mine up ever so slightly and it had made a very huge difference in how far in front they project, some one just needs to figure out and indy fog mod for the '10s now.

Re: Fog light glare guard

Good to know, I've been thinking about switching out the bulbs to led bulbs and this will help.
