Zero clutch pedal resistance, driveshaft slowly moving in neutral (post 2.5l swap)

This is a 2005 mz3. I'm getting the car back together after the swap. I still have it on jack stands with no axles installed. I have a coat hanger through the diff. to prevent it from dropping out.

I did replace the clutch with an exedy oem replacement. The pedal has no resistance... like at all, even with the car running. The actuator that presses on the clutch for only slightly moves when the clutch is pressed. I noticed that in neutral with the car running, the diff is slowly spinning. I can shift between the gear easily without pressing in the clutch.

Any thoughts?

The wheels will spin when on jack stands while still in neutral. It's just something that happens. It's from rotational torque. The weight of the car on the ground is way more than enough to stop the rotation, which is why this seems odd.

As far as no clutch feel, did you check the master cylinder to see if you have fluid in it?

Yep, I have fluid in the reservoir. Fixed it with a bleed. No idea how air got in there.
