check youtube for that diy install.... you need to clamp the top portion with the bolt.

As I recall, start the belt completely installed on the A/C pulley and wedge it on the harmonic balancer pulley.

With the right tools you can do the struts and shocks in about 2.3 hours. Make sure you have a 5lb+ hammer to remove the strut from the hub. I did that on my wife 04 as well as on my parents 04. I went with Monroe OEspectrum. Just the struts. Buy yourself a spring compressor from harbor freight and remove the spring always with safety first. (Or just ask just ur mechanic how much he can charge u to swap struts). Regarding the valve cover it is pretty much a easy task. As well, remember to have the right tools, and a tube of permatex grey ultra gasket maker. Two spots near the timing chain need to have that. When installing it back follow the order from 1-14 to tight the bolts. See images attached.

And with all the money you are going to save. Get urself this tool...not bolt is going to be hard for you anymore...sore hands after doing mechanic work are going to be a thing of the past... enjoy! I bought this a few months ago to do a timing job on my Odyssey 08. $230 well spent. Save me about $700+ in labor + peace of mind that it was done the right way.
