I had gotten my $500 Gerber rebate email several weeks back and I think it expires 8/6/05. I've decided to wait for the '06 Mazda 3 model. Should I be looking for some other rebate incentive later in the year?
I got my Gerber rebate email yesterday. It contains the line: "Hurry... this offer is only valid on a 2005 or 2006 Mazda vehicle purchase between 07/15/2005 and 09/14/2005."
Since I've decided to go with the 2006 Mazda 3, which my dealer says doesnt' come in until late Sept/early Oct.....anyone know if I can get another Gerber rebate coupon later if the first one wasn't used?
My 1st gerber rebate expired before my car got in from Japan, so i just went back to the website and entered my information again and got a new certificate email with a new date on it. Make sure you also go to gerber.com and just use the contact us section and tell them you want a new mazda gerber coupon and they send it to you in like 3 days.
Works great, dealer was impressed when showed them the actual rebate card. (Asked if I was having a baby...told them maybe gerber knows something I don't!)
**I also got a college grad rebate for 500 dollars 14 months after i graduated.
Just have to fight for those rebates...it's free money.
they've changed the grad rebate to be invite only right? they have to send you a direct market add for you to qualify?
i wonder if it'll work like their other market adds, where we'll just have to fill out a form on a mazda website.. cause if so, it wouldn't be that different i guess...
So is the Gerber coupon going to continue to be offered indefinitely? I won't be buying until later this year or early 06. It would be nice to still have it around then.
It does seem like the Gerber rebate will go on for at least the rest of the year. The ad I had also had an end date of Sept. 14th, and it included any new 2005 or 2006 Mazda.
The college rebate is an invite only deal now. My dealer assumed I had it (when I mentioned I had a rebate, meaning the Gerber one). However, she did say I had to be within 12 months and it is now an invite rebate, and I needed to have the mailing and an "application" from Mazda. Might have been BSing that though.
I wonder how I go about getting the graduation rebate invite from Mazda? I'm going to be graduating next May, and since I'll be buying the car in January, I'd be within the time restraint.
I e-mailed Mazda and they said they just discontinued it. The girl said if they decide to reinstate it, it will be on the Mazda USA site in the special offers section.

Are you referring to the Graduation or Gerber rebate?
Tell me about this gerber rebate? I bought my wife a 2005 3s 5door yesterday and we will be picking it up on monday. If I can squeeze an extra $500 out of them it would be great!

Use the search function to find the info... re: Gerber/Mazda discount or coupon or rebate or something like that.
