For me, it's less about everyone else thinking it looks cool and more about me making a minivan, or any car for that matter, MY car. Since I wouldn't try to hot up a minivan, I'd go the other way and full on VIP build it. Low, slow, but classy.

2007 Phantom Purple hatch; JBR RMM/busihgs/shifter plate, Koni STR.t's, Michelin Pilot AS3's, Spin on oil filter conversion, stubby antenna, Kenwood KDC-X997 hu + Sundown Audio SA12 + Infinity speakers + JL 320.4 amp, debadged and door edge guards removed, Lamin-X + indy fog mod, aluminum AC knobs, DIY SRI, TRS 5000K HIDs, more coming.

Not about being cool. Driving needs to be enjoyable.

The only thing enjoyable about a van is trying to fit 50 people in one to go to a bar.

I drove 2 rentals so far during my work trip in florida - a sentra and an elantra. The sentra is by far the worst.... it is so boring to drive. The elantra is a close second, even though it doesn't have a boring CVT, its auto gearbox is so slow and laggy its crazy.
