Exclamation GPwerks, FSwerks and Eurosport Acessorries

Do not order from these guys, they're a nightmare. Shady to say the least, I ordered a $42.00 USD part(Cosworth BSD kit) I have to pay $26USD in shipping(UPS is the only option they provide) and then I would've had to pay duty on top of that. I went to the Cosworth.com (the UK main one) and it states that GPwerks is an official parts supplier. I may just have to give merry olde England a call to complain. This is bull*&^%, I was double charged for my item, and they tried to blame it on me. When my bank statement showed that they had taken out $140 CAD. I just thought I'd warn others DO NOT deal with these guys. Also if you return an item they will charge a restocking fee of 20%. Even if you call back with 24hrs to cancel your order. It truly is buyer beware these days, VIA the the net.

That is unfortunate since GPwerks is the only company still producing an oil pan baffle for the 2.3 Mazda MZR. Did you ever get any resolution on this?

I just got off the phone with their sales rep this morning, I have had the 74.10 (it took a week) reversed on the double charge, and they claimed they'd waive the restocking fee for me. So far so good, but still not finished yet.

Hmm that matches my experience... I have not returned stuff but they are slow and a little inconsistent but have always made right ... just took a little time for them to get there and a great deal of patience ... a great deal...

It's just frustrating to see a company irritate customers not because they don't make a good product, but because they can't get payment and shipping handled correctly/in a speedy manner. Hope things improve.

I don't think they will... It's a side business for them ... I believe the operate several service centers, an engine build/rebuild shop and a body shop... + history just does not indicate that they will improve ( turbo and supercharge kits have been in the works for a long long long long time and always ready for launch lol) it is what it is I think they're good guys and honest ( my xp ) just disorganized

Question is, is it perpetually stuck in the prototype stage. These cars aren't getting any younger, and if GPwerks doesn't get on the ball they'll be releasing products into a dead market. If they get things in gear, they could have the market largely to themselves (other than Corksport, and Dynotronics ecu tunes and supercharger they're working on.)

I agree they seem to be honest(the extra 72USD charge was a misnomer) , but for us Canadians buying online is a nightmare(unless it done from a forum member that's my experience so far). Shipping costs 26 USD VIA UPS for a 42USD part, plus taxes, plus duty at the border makes the item cost over a hundred CAD to my door, for a 42 dolla part? I would love to support a small business made in the U S of A, instead of the Peoples Republic. But it is difficult to suck up 60 bux and have it vanish into thin air.
