That isn't right! Where are you? I'm sure MazdaUSA would like to know about that... and what does that say for your dealer's loyalty to its customers? They're probably trying to avoid the monthly cost of having them on the lot when they have buyers ready to take them. The kits aren't specific to vin's as far as I know, and in my letter from Mazda, it states that customer cars are to be done first, before on-hand stock. I'd be making a few 1-800 phone calls.
