Just ordered Mazda 3 Duratec 2.3L Stage 2 Supercharger System 2006-09 on it's way. Very excited.

QUOTE=XCNuse;9829185]If/when I do I will only be going stage 1, that much I've concluded with.

I'd like to see installation notes though; what all has to be done to the engine to make the system work. (ei oil pan tapping etc.)[/QUOTE]

Oil pan tapping only for the turbo kit i believe. The supercharger requires no engine modifications, except i think a few new ac lines included in the kit.

S/C has to lubricate itself somehow; is it separate? Looking at the pictures of that offering I do see a cooler, I mean I guess it's possible, I had just never seen it done that way before is all.

Seriously keep us posted, because that is the route I do want to go... later down the road.

It comes with a Rotrex Self-Contained Oiling System which houses the Rotrex Traction Fluid needed to make the planetary friction drive work. Has a pump, reservoir, and cooler. Fairly compact from what i see and hear. Rotrex A/S
