Best mods for an 07 Mazda 3 automatic not turbo

I love my car it is nice wish it was manual and a speed maybe in the future it will happen. I have a sri, and a corksport catback exhaust. I am wondering of other moods I can do such as headers, sway bars springs ect, and brands to go with.

I was thinking of getting the corksport rear sway bar next for the mazdaspeed as it is bigger and Berger is this a good idea or stick to the regular one.

I was also wondering about throttle bodies mine is making a weird humming noise which bothers me but isn't a problem so I want to change put. I was wondering if anyone knows if the corksport one for the mazdaspeed will work on a regular mazda 2.3l.

I really want to change my intake manifold to the weapon r one also will this be an easy swap or not, and what kind of gains will I see would it be worth the money spent on the mod.

Please no negitiveity I know I have an 07 mazda 3 hatchback 2.3l non turbo autonatoc. I know it isn't the fastest car and not a race car. It is my daily driver, and I just really enjoy the car and would not mind putting a little pep I her steo.

Hey I don't see a signature or a link, but wouldn't mind seeing what you are working with. Took me a second to process rmm which is rear motor mount so the focus one males a huge difference huh, how is it for cost, and it it a direct fit interchangeable part. Yes I most definitely want to upgrade my suspension also I had to replace my rear shock absorbers and mounts already wasn't to bad and parts were cheap enough. However I don't like the feel of them so I want to change them out especially since I was just told my front struts are leaking oil, so they must be ready to be replaced which I can feel something wasn't right. Do you think I should replace with regular beefier stuff or stuck with oem or should I convert to coilovers if I do the coilovers I would have to get the budget ones though because I need to change them now compared to being able to save up for 2 or 3 months to have like 800 to spend on my car for good ones im from NY so im in between on lowering my car due to shotty roads but wouldn't mind it if I could when lowering do you have yo alter tires or anything also what are some good things for suspension to get besides stuff I mentioned already, and do you think front sway bars are necessary sorry I'm writing so much

Make sure its the EFocus RMM...And it does take a different bolt size as well....What kind of driving do you do?...I drive aggressively and do a lot of Mtn Cruises etc so I have ISC Coilovers they are also good for Daily Driving!...Also a fatter Rear Sway BAr helps a lot!
Also do NOT go cheap on Suspension Parts!...Dont buy cheap coilovers...save up for quality ones like ISC, or even BC Coilovers...

Here's the link for my Car Build some pics might be missing tho: https://www.mazda3forums.com/71-mult...ld-thread.html

Damn you have definitely been putting some work into your car while still keeping it's looks classy I like it. Yes I did alot of research last night and imma stick with regular struts that I can put lowering springs on if I ever want to Lower to give me that option. Right now I was told they are leaking so that will be my next upgrade for my car along with the rear e focus motor mount seems like the best option for me for car control then I'm going to be installing corksport mazdaspeed rear sway bars for the beefierness and stability. Thanks for the help much appricated and your car gave me ideas for appearance upgrades that won't run my pocket dry.
