Motor mount replacement: OEM or after-market?

The dealership today told me one of my motor mounts is busted. I believe he said it's the passenger side (he said it's just the one that's hydraulic). He quoted me at $200 (labor included) to replace it. Should I go ahead and do that, or look at an aftermarket option? Do they replace the old/bad motor mounts with the same exact type that broke? I don't want to have to do this again after another 75K and I know this is a notorious problem with my generation 3. Have they improved the OEM replacement mounts for these cars or should I go aftermarket (and if the latter, any solid recommendation)?

FYI: Mazda3i i Touring sedan 2.0 L ATX, stock engine, 75K miles.

Edit: Also, should I get them all replaced (how many are there)?
I asked the guy at the dealership and he said only that one motor mount is the hydraulic type and the others are different, so he suggested I only replace the one since the others should hold up fine. Does that sound right?

Passenger is always the one that goes lol. Buy a JBR passenger side motor mount and install it yourself. Everyone loves this motor mount, and i will personally be buying one myself soon. Its 185 on their website, so it will cost you about the same amount, but you will be getting a way better product.

Bought, not Built

Is there a specific product/model # for the one I'd need? I'm assuming I probably shouldn't try to do it myself--I have only basic tools, no means to jack up my car (no garage, live in apts), and very basic mechanical skills at best. So unless it's an very easy can't-mess-up DIY, I'll still need to outsource the labor. But if that mount is a no-brainer better investment than the OEM replacement the dealership would install, I might still consider buying it and having them install it for me.

Bit of a generalization there... quite a few people find aftermarket PMMs too harsh IIRC. But if you buy OEM and you're planning on keeping the car for ages, it may tear again... who knows. Check out the prices though, and buy the part online, not from the dealership. Should probably save you some $$s.

Can't comment on the installation, but if you don't even have a jack I'm pretty sure you can rule the DIY out. A jack is mandatory for most MM installs because if your engine shifts you're sure as hell not going to be able to lift it by hand lol

Could look into ROCA USA like I got. Very close to OEM, but solid rubber. Honestly after break in it feels pretty much like stock.

In looking for an aftermarket solution I keep coming across the DEA brand motor mounts. Anybody know if DEA is any good? I'm keeping JBR and ROCA in mind too, just looking at what else is out there to compare.

Also, if I'm going to buy the part myself, what all do I need to make sure is included? Do I need to include any bushings, ball joints, bearings, etc.? For ex.: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ROCA-Mazda3-...-/180897264205 Is that all I'd need right there?

+1 on the JBR. But yes that's all you need. Corksport also makes urethane inserts to replace the hydraulic stuff that our cars come with, depending on what part of your mount failed

The JBR's I looked up are well over $100 and look like high performance, am I wrong? I don't need performance--just OEM equivalent at minimum (but hopefully more durable).

I'll probably just go with that ROCA unless there's a definite reason I shouldn't.

There's OE fluid filled, there's ROCA solid rubber, and aftermarket.

ANY aftermarket mount on the passenger side will be much more than most want, so start with ROCA.

I just ordered mine from ebay, have a fluid filled now but I have a stiffer aftermarket lower rear mount.
