2010 speed3 bolt pattern and offset

I want to get a cheap pair of rims to mount all season tires or winter tires on cause the stock tires are summer performance and I live in Jersey, so I need to invest in some other tires for when the winter comes around. I was also wondering if 17" rims will fit over the stock brakes.

It should be the same, 5x114.3 et+4x...

Btw, the 2010 MS3 wheels are +52.5, the same offset as the 17x7's on the 2010 3s.
