You just need to follow steps one and two to get it out.

EDIT: you also (hopefully obviously) don't need 90% of the "required tools" mentioned on that page... most of them are for optimizing the throttle plate and body. You just need the correct socket wrench and something to plug the coolant hoses with when you remove them.

Off topic a bit, but while I like the optimizing concept, I highly doubt that I would notice any difference from stock. Now if it were a 19K rpm F1 car......................Maybe!
