6:00 - 9:00 - Meet and Greet - Mansion - 559 Atoah Rd. Robbinsville, NC


Saturday
7:30AM - Breakfast
1. We don't all need to eat together... it's nice, but it creates a lot of havoc...

Install/Free time
1. If you do plan on doing some installs, please be sure you are 100% Self Sufficient with tools/materials.

9:00AM - Car Wash - 520 Rodney Orr Bypass, Robbinsville, NC
1. Bring buckets and materials, there are only 4 bays, and there will be a lot going on. The faster we can get in and out the better.

11:00AM - Lunch

:: Car Show ::
12:30 SHARP - (be parked and ready) 1037 Tapoco Rd. Robbinsville, NC
1. We should line cars up based upon car type and have this pre-designated
2. We need to make sure we 'register' each car for the show, I may do this ahead of time, and then we can have a sign up at the meet as well...
3. Each car owner also needs to get a raffle ticket.
4. We need to set a time/voting rules/eligibility etc...

1:00 - 1:30 - Voting
1. Everyone votes!

1:45 – 2:00 - Awards
1. First, second and third best in show
2. Some surprises

2:00 - 2:45 - Raffle/Door Prizes
1. Be sure to have your tickets ready.
2. Buy-in Raffle will be at the end.

2:45 - 3:00 - Prep for dragon
1. We want to try and break everyone down into groups of 10-15 cars to make things go smoother out there on the road.
2. Carolina Mazdas will be our point personnel and will direct this portion of the meet (Thank you guys!)

3:00 - 6:00 - Dragon Run
1. Please obey all rules of the road and drive smart! We don’t want anyone having any problems.
2. There will be several locations for photo-ops and several members taking photos/video.

6:00 - 7:00 - Install/Free Time

7:00 – 12:00 - BBQ at Mansion - 559 Atoah Rd. Robbinsville, NC
1. $5-$7 per plate - 1 hamburg, 1 hotdog, some drink/chips/salads etc... (Once we have prices worked out we'll try and make sure everyone gets fed for cheap!)
2. REMEMBER: It is your responsibility to get yourself back to your lodging location safe. There will be 1-2 people who I’m sure will be kind enough to DD (tips will be accepted lol) but we want everyone to be smart, safe and have fun.

Sunday

Meet at Microtel - 111 Rodney Orr Bypass, Robbinsville, NC
1. Try and plan your route home with people you meet who have similar drives. It makes the ride home a lot more fun.

There's still a lot to do but things are really coming together! We've been able to acquire several sponsors and have found locations for lodging, the car show, and we've begun to put together a schedule for Saturday, the main day of the meet.

We'll be doing a few runs on the dragon, having raffles after the car show, presenting trophies to the top 3 rides, as well as doing some small installs I am sure and having another kick ass BBQ for the third year in a row!

If you havn't already done so, make sure you're registered to come here - http://eecmm.com/2009/?page_id=77 - and if you already have registered... check and see where everyone is coming from around you and when they are coming down here - http://eecmm.com/2009/register/map-large.php - This way you can jump on the forum, go to the regional sections, and plan your ride with some friends!!!

Many of us will be there as early as Wed the 10th, so if you're coming in early be sure to let us know so we can all get together when we run around and learn the area.

If you're brand new this year, please post up your ride and a little info about yourself and welcome!!! Let's have another awesome meet, keep it safe, and keep it fun!

Those are just a few ideas... it would be nice to try and move it around a bit simply to get a broader range of people to join in on the epicness... and maybe move inland a bit simply to get a larger range of people... but MB was pretty good... dunno if I would drive that far again myself lol. Just an FYI to everyone... YOU CAN SUCK IT DOWN if you bitch about driving lol

19.5 hours... woke at 5:30, got on road at 7, got home at 2:30 after a broken wheel stud... (don't ask) Baltimore, NJ turnpike, and GWB traffic... I have vowed to drive across NY and down PA from here on out on ... 89 is it? that trucker route I took for EECMM07... sigh
