So I got home form Korea and with a whopping 790 miles on the clock I decided it need to go on the dyno to see where its at and get a base line. It made 250hp and 250tq, everyone was very impressed including me.

Currently you're still on break-in oil.... that is not an accurate baseline. I would wait till 1000KM past your first oil change.
You'd be amazed but you're number are a few HP low in that case.
It is an accurate as it gets to dyno your car like that. I have dyno'd all of my cars a few days after I leave the lot. There is no need to wait for an oil change or break-in unleast that is your preference.

Absolutely there is... the seals on your engine aren't full expanded, the break-in oil is thicker than the stock 5w30 or 5w20 that is required. It's meant that way as it forces your engine to cause more friction and for the seals and etc.. to grind itself into place.
Dynoing your car right off the lot is not at all an accurate baseline.
And you have proof of this how? My last few cars were on the dyno a few times stock with enough miles to satisify thouse that believe the "break-in" as you and all of the dynos have been very consistant. I have done a baseline under 500 miles and then again after the first oil change at 3000 miles and still consistant with the first baseline. Remember the break-in procedures on new cars are almost always based on opinions.....such as your claims.
