Okay guys it's time to start the real planning! Please vote on the date for the meet, it's in as week long thing because some of us are planning on spending a week... the poll will be open long enough for people to talk with sig. others and check work schedules but make sure to VOTE! Please also share with other forums! We want this to be HUGE!!!

We had people from Florida to Michigan to Vermont invade West Virigina with tons of others so we want this to be bigger and badder! If you have questions, please feel free to ask!

as of right now the vote is to last 60 days, starting on Oct. 18th. This gives those of us who need it plenty of planning time so get on it!!

Your Awesome, thanks for helping with this. I voted. I could care less when it is. I just don't want to sweat my balls off all week, That means we will have to deal with Brandon and his taking off of the shirt all week.


Michelle do you also want to see if people how long they would like to have it for 3days,4days etc etc. I am down for a week. Well traci and I will be there for the whole week.

late summer is better for me, as we usually go to GA for a week in early june. so i voted for late summer.

I put in for the whole week right now, I know some people have to try to make plans length wise; figure we can get a general date idea, then either decide on a firm weekend and make arrangements with places we're staying at for the range of time or do another poll as to official span of time.

I'm pulling for August 4th simply because if we end up moving around January it'll give Michelle and I time to settle in to new jobs, and actually take a whole week off lol. Plus it'll cool down enough to keep Brandon's shirt on at least an extra 1/5th of the time, and allow us to still go swimming if we wanted

I'd prefer it to be either early June or late August so it's not 100 degrees.

aug 4th all the way my 25 birthday is aug 3 .. this could be a bday gift to myself !

August 9th is mine, I've already informed the hubby he can't count this as a gift! lol... late May early June is ideal weather wise BUT we have to remember there are a lot of students and parents with kids still in school at this point... July will be hot and then then end of August is back to school time. We are polling to find out what works best and we go by majority rules. Because it's not like an April to October stretch, we are figuring a general time frame gives more people flexability.
