If you're a user of the regional sections here at Mazda3Forums.com, and would like to create a website for those users, Mazda3Forums.com would be happy to host it for you (pending approval). You could create anything from http://canada.mazda3forums.com to something smaller such as http://florida.mazda3forums.com. We ask only that you consider the size of your audience and whether or not the site would be worth it.

We do ask that you make it clear in the site in some fashion (ex: link at the bottom of each page) that it is a Mazda3Forums.com site. Other than that, you can have pretty much free reign - subject to 3forums standard rules, of course (no nudity, etc).
