I am looking at getting a MagnaFlow exhaust kit for my 2012 Mazda3 i Sport with the non-Sky 2.0 L. I am having trouble finding a decent video of this setup. I am looking for a system that gives the exhaust a deeper sound and a little louder then factory. I do not want any drone at cruise or something raspy. Has anyone installed it on their car?
If UPS arrives on time, I'll be putting the RacingBeat axel back on my 2014 2.5 on Wednesday. If you haven't ordered yours, yet, I'll write back about it.
Racingbeats do make an awesome tone. Just be aware it isn't very loud at all on your car. One of my locals has the RacingBeat axleback on his 2012 sky, and while it does sound VERY good, it's not too loud.
Just letting you know since you were looking at magnaflow first which is a relatively loud exhaust system.
That's fine I'm not looking for much louder then stock. I am more interested in a good low end tone. Since it is a 4 cylinder I am not concerned about a having a loud system. My last daily was a 71 C10 with a 350 and true dual exhaust. I have had my loud pipe fix for a good while.
You'll be happy then, it's a good sound!
IMO RacingBeat has provided by far the best tone for the 3s. Better than any other brand I've heard at least.
