I have chance to pick up some 19" wheels, but I am not sure they will fit without any issues. The wheels are 19"x8.5" ET45. If so, what tire size is best? My car is 2005 Mazda 3s. I did do some research here on the forum and find that 19"x7.5"-8" with ET48-50 is recommended, but was wondering if anyone has experimented with 19"x8.5" ET45.
Thanks!!
225/30s will fit just fine, they'll have some stretch to it though. The wheels will be fender tight but with the stretch you'll be okay.
Just be warned... 19s start to look a bit silly on the gen1.
Another note... check out tire prices before you dive in on the cheap wheels, because you may be shocked at how much they cost.
