Well, instructions state no alignment is needed, but it sure helped my car. I had it aligned today, ran it all around like it was stolen and didn't even have one issue afterwards. I'm still 0.2 degrees out from pure alignment specs, but I don't think it'll be a problem.

When installing this, does everything under the car ie. plastic covers stay intact? I like the idea of the x -brace, but really still want to maintain the plastics under the car....

Well, depends if you have a 4 or 6. If you have a 4, yes the plastic has to go. If you have a 6, the plastic stays.

I think you have a 6 judging by your description. You will be able to keep it intact to keep your lights dry. Having the car on a lift to install this makes a huge world of difference.

Dunno about AWD support. I'd imagine it would be close. I don't think I know of anyone with an AWD who has installed this.

The answer to my question may be posted somewhere else but this is the post I found while searching. Will this brace work with a 2010 Fusion Sport with the 3.5 liter. I assume it would but want to see if I can verify this before ordering it.

Thank you.

Steeda does not list the 2010 Sport as being one of the applications for this product. I do not think it will fit but safest thing to do is call Steeda and verify with them.
