12/29/08 - Christmas in Socal. Broke 77k on a round trip down to my mom's house for Christmas. Took this pic of 152 between 5 and 101.

11/19/08 - ROOF RACK, finally got the snowboard carrier, 4 boards for $117

11/15/08 - So I think most of you know I took a new job in San Francisco and moved up here Oct 15th. I've got to meet up with the Bay Area mazda3 crew a few times now. these pics are from today.

Other new improvements include --- new painted dash trim piece, and center console rear ash tray.

August 13th, 2008. I just got home today from my epic road trip to seattle and back. You'll find some quick facts and highlights to my trip.

June 18, 2008. I got the little brother to take some nice pics, here are 2 from the night before last. could i perhaps get a cotm vote? thule 460r system, 47" aero bars, 3069 fit kit.

June 15, 2008. I painted the calipers black last month. Yesterday I installed a Thule Fixpoint roof rack. My gf got the rack for me and I think it looks really clean. No rack accessories yet... also installed SPC rear camber links 2 weeks ago with candy blue's help.

April 29, 2008 RX8 wheels got wrapped with new kumho ecsta spts 225/40s. i cant believe how quiet these are 18s w/ 40 series. $470 out the door for the tires. pardon the dirty wheels

btw the tires dont rub at full lock anymore. what color should i paint the calipers? i am thinking black, bronze/gold, or lastly red.

How are the SPT's as far as noise and driveablitiy???

the spt's are much more quiet than the sumitomo htr+ that were on the car. id rate them a 7 out of 10. the sumitomos get a 4 of 10. the car has a neutral feeling right now and it easily changes direction. again not much aggressive driving on them yet.

i just got some rx8 wheels tonight after work. i drove 90 miles round trip 1 hr each way to get these babys for $400.

theres not much rash or scrapes at all, still have some rubber on them (225/45s) and even have TPMS!

i cant wait to mount them, probably wont be until friday or saturday.
