I have the borla with the Injen CAI. I love it. glad I went with those two.

There shouldn't ever be rust holes. magnaflow uses stainless steel.

I only said that because someone mentioned it before saying they thought magnaflow had rust issues.

ok maybe on the newer models but on mine theres only 2 sensors. both are mounted ontot the exhaust manifold (header). one 02 sensor is before the cat on the stock manifold and helps to regulate air/fuel ratios and stuff, the other is after the cat and read the exhaust fumes to let you know if you can pass emissions or not. basically the second one lets you know that your cats working ok. both of these are before the second cat and there are no more sensors after the second cat.
That sounds about right.  I'm still curious what the emission change is by adding the vibrant exhaust (which all come with a hi flow cat)  Has anyone with strict emissions passed it with the vibrant?

Correct Ive got an 06 pzev.

Vibrant exhaust didnt fit right, 06's gas tanks are positioned alittle different.  Also have another o2 sensor after the 2nd cat.  Not sure if thats PZEV or just 06's in general.   :x

they all have that, it's just on the other side of the pipe on the 06 (I think it's drivers side for the 04-05 and passengers side for the 06 but it might be the reverse.)
