Maguire's quick detailing spray
Almost every company makes a "detailing spray" that is basically used to help clean the paint if lightly dusty or help the wax last longer. It offers a lot of lubrication (like soap does), but very little protection all by itself. It can make a tired wax job slippery again, but only if there is any wax left.
Usually used after a wash, or as part of a "quick detailing" routine where you dust the car off and wipe it down with detailing spray to clean the paint only if it is not too dirty. You can do this without a duster and with careful use of good towelling, but it works much better with a duster. If in doubt if a car is too dirty or not, wash. Dried on dirt from after the car has been wet usually should be washed off.
No... it's my parents' car. I just detail it.
