Any nice rotors out there?

Any good rotors good for an occasional trackday and maybe a little lighter then stock rotors? For example with aluminum hats? Otherwise, I'm thinking of EBC Ultimax Plain or Brembo Sport Drilled or Slotted. I've heard Drilled are weak and slotted wear pads quickly (from the sticky in this subforum), but actually the Brembo Sports versions of each have good reviews. Anyone try them? My sportbike's rotors are drilled and I've done a couple trackdays on that and the front rotors go through incredible punishment, so there's gotta be decent drilled rotor available.

Looks like the holes in the hat of the EBC Ultimax rotor might make it easier to remove later. Or, maybe it'll just let in rain, snow, and salt and rust worse to my hub/spindle?

I've always stood by EBC and nowadays Stoptech rotors.
Just slotted, otherwise blanks.

What are your plans? How many track days do you do a year? If you are planning for a lot, then for the fronts, get a set of new discs, and yes EBC Pads, and keep them matched for every outing. Leave the rears stock.

Maybe just one. Mostly I just wanted to know what options for brakes are out there, outside of the standard offerings of Tire Rack, etc. If spending $200 for front rotors (which lasted 5 years for me), then I may be interested in a front pair at $300 if they were that much nicer.

For street and track use, PowerSlot/StopTech slotted rotors can provide the performance you need.

Can anyone confirm if NAPA Premium rotors exist for the 3?

Apparently for the Miata the NAPA Premiums have diamond ventilation similar to DBA Rotors.

Except are like 1/8th the cost.

Napa sells, or at least sold, their Premium and Ultra Premium rotors for my 2009 when it needed brakes; don't know about different generations of the Mazda3.
