'09 2.3l Hatch Suspension refresh/rebuild questions/intro

Good afternoon Peeps!

Don't think I've posted here before but I'd like to thank the community for their contributions in all aspects of our beauties! I guess a small intro would be appropriate. I've loved cars since I was a young teen; I've been around used car dealerships my whole life and have been blessed to be around many cars with great respect (mostly domestic). I've owned a FAIR amount of cars for my age (23) since my stepfather owned his own dealership and rebuild/resell cars from auctions etc. Anyways, onto last year (01/02/15), I finally bought a car that I wanted and was not "given" and that happened to be my beautiful '09 Hatch, Mia (pronounce 'Me-Ugh'). I received her with 82k miles and since have put an additional 10-11k. I love the way she drives but I know it can be improved upon (I'd like to lower her and feel like she just left the lot with 0 miles) which is why I would like to rebuild her suspension. I have done a bit of searching and so far have found the following helpful threads:

Time for a suspension rebuild?

It's Suspension Rebuild Time Q's

So far I'm thinking Koni STR. Ts with Eibach Sportline springs but am a bit worried the Sportlines may be too low for spirited daily driving with Miami speed bumps and whatnot. I have an idea of what it would look like with the following pic (Post #11 -
Eibach Sportline + Koni Yellow 225-45-17); everything the same minus the Konis

I am wondering if an entire suspension refresh is needed; in all honesty I'd label myself as humble/novice mechanic at best; done quite a few things in regards to general maintenance but no serious engine work (clutch was installed by a friend who I simply assisted) and with that being said, I'm not sure what parts should be replaced and which ones can be left alone.

I'd appreciate any and all input as far as what should be replaced, how the procedure should be done, tools needed etc. thanks in advance!!!

(I'll post pix later of her when she was 3 months in my care, lawl, I love that btch )

I ran Eibach Sportlines for about 3yrs w/ KYB Gas-A-Just Struts/shocks....along w/ a STP Rear Camber Kit.

Sportlines are Progressive type Spring so they ride like OEM...when you start driving more aggressive they stiffen up...very comfy w/ bumps too!

As with any Lowered car....U need to re-train ur driving habits and learn to dodge stuff on the road & how to angle on driveways, speed bumps etc...

I recently upgraded to ISC Coilovers....they are awesome for DD and the occasional Mtn. Cruise....
