Hardware for GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace

I have a GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace, but the box that it was shipped in did not contain any hardware. The installation of the brace was unsuccessful because of this, and with the influx of replica braces on the market, GTSpec will not sell the hardware needed to install the brace. I was wondering to those of you that have the brace and installed it, what hardware was included in the box to assist in the install, and what the dimensions are for the bolts.

Thanks in advance.

Should have 8 bolts. I think they're 12mm.

Where did you buy it from? GTSpec direct or through one of their vendors?

Re: Hardware for GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace

I bought it from Protege Garage, but Ken said he doesn't stock hardware, only GTSpec does, and I have called GTSpec who don't seem willing to help.

Ah, I see your problem now. If I were GTSpec I wouldn't help either if its PG's product. You have the black braces from PG right?

No it's an official GTSpec brace, one of the new blue ones. I even sent pictures of the brace taken on my bedroom floor to GTSpec on July 1st, and upon calling them today was told they never received my email.

Re: Hardware for GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace

are we talking about the ladder looking brace that goes on the exhaust tunnel?

Re: Hardware for GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace

Mine didn't want to install right with the stock hardware. Any pointers you can give me on how you did it?

Re: Hardware for GTSpec Mid Chassis Brace

its been on the car for a long time so i dont remember exactly how well it bolted up, but i dont remember having any problems at all. just go one corner at a time threading the bolts in only a few turns until all 8 were in, then tightened them down
