Why wont my Radio work

hey all,

Today i took a ride to my grandparents to house to visit them, my radio worked fine all the way there i could jam to some tunes. After about being there for an hour i left, and my radio will not work.

When i turn the car on it will say BOSE and if i turn the volume know left or right the little lights will work. But the screen and the sound will no work. ANY IDEAS???????

Re: Why wont my Radio work

Try disconnecting the battery and letting all components drain, then retry. Otherwise time for a dealer visit.

Re: Why wont my Radio work

mine will cut out mid drive. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. When i t cuts out/in there is a loud noise. It kinda sounds like it's shorting out. I'm trying to find where the wires from the head unit are grounded. any ideas?
