fair enough, thats what I thought they showed Dyno results with large increases but that could be the magic of T.V

Similar products are marketed as the Tornado, the Vortex etc etc.

Miata Mag dyno tested a tornado in a stock 1.8 Miata back in 2001 and the car actually LOST horsepower.

Anything that takes up space in a tube, reduces airflow.

The sucking noise you hear is the product vacuuming the $70 bucks out of your wallet.

Laguna Blue FM2 Miata (turbo money pit)
Garrett GT28RLS,FMIC, Coilovers, 550cc injectors, Vishnu Rail, Wiseco/Carrillo forged stuff

Air flow cannot be increased that way, a thing like that can just add fluid distorsion and thats not good.
Only things that increase air flow is:
-Rugosity of where the air is going in
-Less curve you can
-Less diameter change you can
-Bigger diameter you can
-Less lenght you can
-Lowest temperature than you can get

Thats about the only factors I learn at university in a mechanical fluid dynamic course.

I've seen these things on TV, eBay, etc... Usually anything that requires an infomercial to sell something is not worth getting. If it were really worth getting, yuo would have heard about it from more reputable sources.

Stock Mazda3S, 6-cd, sunroof, 5-speed.

It would be nice if they gave even a basic explanation on how it is supposed to function. Not just "It works because we said so! Listen to this cool highly compressed narrators voice! That must mean our claims are true!"

Get a load of these "Industry Professionals"

George, Drag Racing four times Nat'l Record Holder (Uh, just "George?" Record Holder of what drag racing competition?)
Mr. Wilson, Parts Manager, Dodge Dealer, California (A Dodge Dealer in CA.....just how many of those are around? How many of them have employees with the last name Wilson?)
Howard, Loan Supervisor of Toyota Motors Federal Credit Union (This guy definately knows engines, he's a loan supervisor)

In case you haven't picked up on my point so far, the reviews are quite obviously made up
